Note: Having a Buyer’s Agent during construction doesn’t cost you, the builder has allocated funds for consumers represented by a real estate agent (if buyer doesn’t use an agent, those fund are saved by the builder or their representative is paid more – the savings are not passed on to the buyer/consumer).
