The more real estate agent recruits you sponsor with EXIT, the more you increase your residual (or passive) income. Each closed transaction from your recruit will generate a bonus equivalent to 10% of the recruit’s commissions. The bonus is paid via EXIT’s head office… and NOT subtracted from the new recruit’s commissions. During retirement, your opportunity to sponsor real estate agent recruits and earn residual income continues at 7% (or 5% paid out to a beneficiary!)
